How long will it take to receive my order?

What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable).
Return Reason: - If the return is not due to a product quality issue, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, Proscenic will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

I have 2 cats, so there's lots of cat hair and cat litter debris scattered around in our home.
I needed a lightweight hoover to easily pick these up after my cats, and it does the job almost perfectly. Almost, because the level of suction could be better. It performs quite well on the higher level, but tends to leave cat litter around on lower suction. Hence I give 4 star. And there's one more reason: the users manual should be more explanatory. When I first used my vacuum and wanted extra suction, I pressed the turn on/off button and it indeed switched to higher suction, but after a few seconds it shut itself down. I thought I received a faulty device, as I was in a belief that the vacuum has 2 levels of suction + additional suction for carpets. Actually, it has 2 levels on suction in total, and to switch between them, only the button on the screen should be used. The increased suction before shutdown is to make sure that there is no leftover dirt in the hose.
The customer service was very helpful and explained all this. My suggestion is to update the user manual.
All in all, I'm satisfied with my vacuum.
I attached some photos: I started with full charge, on lower suction, after around 25 minutes the charge dropped to one bar. I used it for around 30 minutes, so I don't know whether the vacuum lasts for 40 minutes or not, but I guess yes. The container shows the amount of cat hair I sucked up in that half an hour, and I had been vacuuming 2 days before.

Tengo desde hace tiempo el P11 Smart y estoy muy contento con el producto. Tiene gran potencia de aspiración; la batería dura lo suficiente para limpiar mi casa (90 M2). Es muy manejable y ligero. El modelo P11 Ultra es mucho mejor y está a muy buen precio. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.
Davvero un ottimo prodotto, soprattutto per il prezzo. Stile e qualità la fanno da padrona. Completa di accessori 👍🏽
