- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.

How long is the warranty period?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can you ship P15 to my country?
The P16 is currently available only all the EU, and UK regions.

How long can I use my P15 on a single charge?
When using the mite removal brush, the P16 can run for up to 70 minutes on a full charge. With the floor brush attached, the maximum runtime is around 60 minutes.
What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable).
Return Reason: - If the return is not due to a product quality issue, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, Proscenic will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Funziona egregiamente, la luce ti aiuta a passare l'aspirapolvere dove ancora non hai fatto ed è silenziosissimo tanto che credevo fosse inefficace finche non ho visto il serbatoio e la quantità di sporco che ha tirato sù :-)
