Can you ship P20 OnePass to my country?
The P20 OnePass is currently available only all the EU regions.
- The EU warehouse delivers to EU countries ONLY (UK excluded).
How long can I use my P16 on a single charge?
When using the mite removal brush, the P16 can run for up to 65 minutes on a full charge. With the floor brush attached, the maximum runtime is around 55 minutes. You can monitor the remaining battery time in real time on the device's display.
What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable).
