What should I do if my product has a quality issue?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.
What should I do if i want to cancel the order?
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.
- If the package has already been shipped with tracking information, you may REJECT the delivery upon arrival.
Once the package is successfully delivered, cancellations will need to follow our [Return & Refund Policy], and you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
How long is the warranty period?
We offer a two-year limited warranty for machines purchased from our store (accessories not included). For full details, please refer to our Return & Warranty page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. For accessories, shipping may take 10–15 business days. If you notice any shipping issues, contact our support team with your tracking number. Thank you for your patience.

The P16 is currently available only all the EU, US, and UK regions.

How long can I use my P16 on a single charge?
When using the mite removal brush, the P16 can run for up to 65 minutes on a full charge. With the floor brush attached, the maximum runtime is around 55 minutes. You can monitor the remaining battery time in real time on the device's display.
What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable).
Return Reason: - If the return is not due to a product quality issue, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, Proscenic will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Very good vacuum cleaner. I have bought both colours. I prefer the grey one.
Funcrionally it is realy good and powerful for every day usage.
On the downsides I would appreciate a better wall mount to include all accessories and have permanent charging solution without having to plug in the charger every time.
Also sometimes it feels a little bit heavy but I don't have experience from other vacuums.
This product is magnificent!!! It is the BEST Battery Vacuum Cleaner I ever had. I have three animals at home and it used to be very hard work for me but not anymore. It is really value for money! I highly recommend it!
