What should I do if i want to cancel the order?
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.
- If the package has already been shipped with tracking information, you may REJECT the delivery upon arrival.

How long is the warranty period?

I just wanted to say that I purchased a Proscenic V10 robot vacuum, which worked well for almost two years. Then a small issue occurred, but the customer service was very efficient. They provided advice via email to help troubleshoot the problem. This is now our third robot vacuum from Proscenic. We had a Pro7 with a suction station for five years, but after being checked by customer service, it was deemed beyond repair. Proscenic was very accommodating and offered us a generous discount when purchasing a new Q8 Max with a suction station, which we gladly accepted.
The return process took a little while, but the customer service was truly excellent, and communication was always maintained. In the meantime, we even bought a T850 robot vacuum for the second floor. Both devices can be controlled via the app, and it works perfectly. Spare parts are reasonably priced, and we hope were now well equipped for the long term.
