- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.

How long can I use my P13 on a single charge?
When using the mite removal brush, the P13 can run for up to 55 minuteson a full charge. With the floor brush attached, the maximum runtime is around 45 minutes. You can monitor the remaining battery time in real time on the device's display.
What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable).
Return Reason: - If the return is not due to a product quality issue, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, Proscenic will cover the return shipping costs.
