I used P11 Mopping (mainly as a vacuum) for a while then at one day it refused to turn on. I contacted the support and they provided excellent support with fast delivery of replacement part. I highly recommend buying from Proscenic.
I've been on the hunt for a cordless vacuum cleaner that's not only easy to handle but also powerful. With a 6-month-old baby, finding time for daily cleaning is a challenge! 😅 The Proscenic P11 I can actually hold my child and clean simultaneously!
Here are some of the PROS I've found:
• It comes with just a few pieces, making it incredibly small and easy to store!
• It offers 4 power levels. I typically use the first level for my entire 110m² house, reserving levels 2 or 3 for carpets.
• The ability to mop and vacuum at the same time is a huge time-saver.
• I can get my whole house clean in just 15-20 minutes.
• It comes with a free extra filter, which is a nice touch!
A couple of things to keep in mind:
• The water tank is quite small, so if you have a larger house, you'll likely need to refill it 3-4 times during a single cleaning session. Also, be careful not to use too much soap, as it can leave streaks on your floor.
• After cleaning my entire apartment (without carpets), I'm usually left with about 7% battery. For larger homes, it might be more practical to clean one section of the house one day and the rest the next day.
I initially bought this vacuum on my mom's recommendation. I used to dread house cleaning, but now it's so effortless that I actually clean every day. It's surprisingly fun!

this is my second machine from Proscenic, before I had P 10 now I get P 11. I am very happy with this machine, handling very easy, suction power really good.

I want to try the one go vaccum and mop feature. It does has strong suction as described. The mop feature helps a little in between deep cleanings. Now i use this instead of a broom and regular vaccum in the kitchen and all around all the time. Just wish it had a longer battery life or to use while charging.
