It was a really good decision to buy this vacuum. Much better than a traditional hoover and more easy to use. Storage is also logic and practical. Fully recommended. :-)

I am very happy with the product. I love that the battery can be charged from a wall outlet and separately. The support center (service) is also outstanding. I give it an additional 5 stars for the problem handling. I use several Proscenic products and love them all. High quality products.

I recently purchased one of their newest products, the P13 vacuum cleaner. I ordered a spare battery for it as well, because we have a bigger apartment. The battery is available at a reasonable price on their website.

The vacuum cleaner is very comfortable to use and easy to handle. I would especially like to highlight the green LED light in the head unit, which detects all the small dirt!

Their customer service is also very helpful!

This is an outstanding vacuum cleaner! The battery life is impressive, allowing me to clean my home without constant recharging. The lightweight design makes it super easy to maneuver, even in tight spaces. One of the best features is the LED lighting, which helps spot dust and dirt in darker areas. We upgraded from P11 and very pleased that we did ! We still have the P11 but this new P13 performs better in many ways, especially with pet hair etc. Very pleased with our P13

This is a fantastic device. Lightweight, with great suction power, long battery life, very low noise. The green LED is super helpful.

Easy to empty the dust tank and clean the filters, and comes with lots of useful accessories. I recommend this device to everyone.

I’m extremely satisfied with this vacuum cleaner! It works incredibly well, picking up dust and debris with ease, leaving my floors spotless. The suction power is impressive and it’s very easy to maneuver around furniture. I also had a small issue with it, but it was repaired under warranty quickly and efficiently (the part was replaced, see photo). The customer service was excellent, and now the vacuum works like new again.

This product makes cleaning more quick and easy. The whole family is more motivated to clean the floor immediately once it gets dirty. Storage concept is gerat. Power is fully enough and LED is really an amazing feature. I strongly recommend to select Proscenic within this product range.

Nice product although the p10 had more durable plastics. Battery can be detached from motor in order to charge, which is a good feature. Hope the battery will last and I will be able to find replacement parts for the next years.

In October 2024, I purchased a Proscenic P13 vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, after a short period of use, a defect appeared and I feared that this was the end of the life of this vacuum cleaner. Still, I decided to describe the problem and send it to support@proscenic.com. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response, with just two or three emails, accompanied by photos and a video describing the defect, the problem was solved - I received the parts by DHL, which I had to replace with the defective ones. I made the replacement and now everything is fine. And all this happened in an incredibly short time, just a few days. In my country, a similar problem would have been solved in weeks. I highly recommend Proscenic products, they are provided with excellent warranty and out-of-warranty support.

We had a problem when we buy it but the very helpful service replace the part with the fault and the vacuum works perfectly. It is a very efficient and quality product.

This is a nice vacuum. Excellent quality, cordless and lightweighted. Easy to setup and take apart for easy storage. It has built-in light for better cleaning, the suction power is strong and the noise level is low. Overall it does a great job, plus the anti angle design makes it much easier for the underneath or corner cleaning. So love it and love it.

I love the simplicity of this vacuum. It has three suction/power settings and charges on the wall in the holder. It’s so easy to use and go empty. It has all the settings and functionality you want but at a fraction of the cost.

Easy to set up, charges while on wall mount, reasonable run time per charge, easy to dump dirt out, light is very useful to find dust, and self cleaning brushes. Lightweight and easy to operate.

I need an extra cordless vacuum for my basement and staircase carpet. Got this one it’s surprised me so much. Very easy to put it together. It came with 50% charged. Used the second level for 20 mins on my vinyl floor. And 12 carpeted staircase. Very clean very light machine to use. I also love the green light in front of the vacuum helps me to see wherever dusty area. For this price it’s an amazing deal.
