I have had this vacuum mop combo for almost a year and I love it. I love the attachments and that I can mop while I vacuum if I want to or I can just vacuum as well. This is the option I wanted in a vacuum and was hard to find in my price range. I love that this is cordless and easy to use for quick clean ups. The vacuum head tube on mine had a hole in it after almost a year and when I contacted customer service they were quick to help me solve the problem and sent me a new head for my vacuum. They emailed me updates with the tracking and it came quickly and my vacuum is fully functional again. Awesome customer service which is hard to find these days. Would definitely recommend.

This vacuum has become such a great addition to the household with how easy it is to use. I love that it is lightweight yet also pretty powerful, I haven’t had any trouble cleaning the floors with it. The mop attachment is also a great feature because half of my floors are hard floors.

The dust cup is also a nice large size and the battery lasts a long time, plus it has multiple power levels for you to choose from.

I like this vacuum cleaner very much. It brings me convenience, and its suction power is very strong and it cleans very well. It can be used for both wet and dry purposes, so I don’t need to buy a mop to mop the floor. In a word, it is very good for me.

Very light weight and easy to use compared to my other vacuum. The mopping feature has got to be the best thing. Not noisy at all and fast charging. The fastest speed is super fast. Will be buying one for a friend with kids

I had purchased a different brand cordless vacuum about 6 months ago but needed another one to keep in the RV so I don't have to keep lugging the other one around. I found this one with a coupon for a good price and pretty good reviews so I gave it a shot. I was amazed at how much vacuum technology and quality has improved in a short time. The Proscenic has 3 levels of suction power and I can get about 15-20 min on the high setting depending on carpet or hard floor. I like the digital readout and touch screen on the top. The dust canister is also larger than my other one and the roller head is smaller for easier navigation under chairs and couches. The docking station with clips to hold the attachments is also tidy and functional.

One thing to note. The key to helping it work well is to clean out the metal filter and the hepa filter inside with each use. It's easy to take out and bang against the side of the trash can to get the dust out. It'll help the suction power greatly.

Overall I'm very impressed and happy with this vacuum and will be keeping it in the house and moving my old one into the RV. I haven't tried the mop attachment but seems like a good 2 in 1 kind of thing.

It is very light weight compared yo my traditional floor vacuum cleaner. It has good suction power and less noisy. After using it for a week , Very happy so far and need to see how ling the battery lasts with one charge

I own the vacuum for 6 months and I am very happy with it. It's so easy to use that I don't use my old vacuum any more. Also, when I had a problem with the brush head, the support team was extremely helpful by sending me a new one for free and right away. I totally recommend it.

This company was fantastic!! My machine stopped working pretty early after I purchased it. I wrote an email to customer service. They proceeded to mail me out piece by piece to try and diagnose the problem. After receiving the third piece in the mail to replace, my machine works perfect again! I'm very happy with this vacuum, and even more happy with the customer service they provided to get it back to 100% operational again.
