The fryer does what it does quite good. But the beeping is annoyingly loud. Easy remedy: open the top, find the round device called 'Buz', pour some wood-glue into the center hole and insert a small piece of wood (toothpick) into the glued center. No loud beeps after that.

I've had this since November last year and was new to Air Fryers.

I have used this almost daily since.

Unfortunately the drawer developed a fault. This was so easy to sort out I contacted Proscenic direct,sent them a video of the fault and a week later I had a new machine. Fantastic service would definitely recommend.

After sending the team the reauired information, video and photos, the company is sending me a new replacement air fryer at no charge. This is very good customer service from the Proscenic team.
