Troubleshooting - Dust collector-1
is flashing red
Fan error / overheating / dust col-lection port is blocked / the cover is not closed properly
1. Frequent dust collection leads to fan overheating protection or fan malfunction. It is recommended to try to collect dust after 30 minutes;
2. Clean up the debris in the dust collection port at the bottom of the robot and in the dust collector;
3. Unplug the dust collector, turn the dust collector over, check whether there is any foreign matter in the dust duct cover on the bottom, use a screwdriver to remove the screw and open the dust duct cover to clean the foreign matter.
Troubleshooting - Dust collector-2
is flashing red.
The dust bag is full / not installed / not installed in place / the dust collector cover is open
Replace with a new dust bag;
Check whether the dust bag is installed, if not, please install the dust bag.
Check if the dust bag is installed correctly and in place.
Make sure that the dust collector cover is completely closed, sealed securely, and the robot has been placed on the dust collector to charge, and try to collect dust once. The method of manually collecting dust is as follows:
Short press the on/oﬀ button on the robot, after the robot leaving the dust col-lector, press any button on the robot to pause, and then press and hold
for 3 seconds, the robot will return to the dust collector to start collecting dust, and the robot will return to charge automatically after the dust collection is completed.
Troubleshooting - Dust collector-3
are flashing simultaneously.
Failed to pair / Haven’t paired yet
1. Press and hold the both buttons simultaneously on the dust collector for 5 seconds: The dust collector goes into pairing mode, the three indicators of the dust collector flash green;
2. Press and hold the button
for 5 seconds on the robot: The robot goes into pairing mode, the indicators of the robot flash green;
3. Place the robot at the dust collector to charge, and the voice prompts that the pairing is successful.
Fault prompt 1. Please conﬁrm that the laser radar is not blocked
Please check or remove foreign objects around the lidar or move the device to a new location to restart.
Fault prompt 2. Please wipe the cliﬀ sensor and move to the new position to start
Wipe the main power cliﬀ sensor and try again (refer to the manual for sensor loca-tion).
Fault prompt 3. A strong magnetic ﬁeld is detected, moved to a new location, and then retried
Please move the host to a new location and try again.
Fault prompt 4. Please check the collision sensor and clear the foreign object around it
Try pressing the front bumper and clearing the foreign object, then restart.
Fault prompt 5. The host temperature is abnormal. Please wait for the temperature to return to nor-mal
The host temperature is too high or too low. Please wait until the temperature returns to normal before using.
Fault prompt 6. Charging is abnormal. Please clean the charging contact area
Please check if the original power adapter is used. Please check if the dust collector is in the horizontal position.
1. Timely / regularly clean the surface of the ground radar eye on the top of the machine; timely / regularly clean the front view / right-wall inspection surface / side wheel; side brush / roll brush for dirt.
2. Clean the dust box / filter screen in time / periodically according to the usage; clean the mop in time / periodically and load it after drying.
3. Check and clean the dirt on the lens of the fuselage in time / periodically.
How to deal with a bad front bumper
Step 1: Check whether the front bumper rebounds normally and the bottom of the machine is stuck by foreign objects or dirt
Step 2: Use a dry towel to wipe the dust and dirt on the left and right lenses of the mirror to keep it clean, so as not to affect its normal function.
Step 3: Clean up the foreign objects in the front bumper and restart the machine.
How to deal with the problem that the machine does not go back to the charging station.
Step 1: Exclude whether the machine emits the fault alert(such as: The fault of the cliff sensor, if this fault occurs, please refer to the "the faulty front gear" guide to check the machine)
Step 2: Confirm whether the function of the "Return to charging station button" is normal；whether the two wheels on the side are stuck; confirm whether the recharge seat is energized and whether the LED light on the recharge seat is always on.
Step 3: Press the "Return to charging station " button. Please observe whether the machine responds. If not, then use a thimble to poke the “Reset” button on the right side of the machine (as shown above) after resetting. Then restart the machine.
How to deal with the issue of the side brush is entangled with foreign objects” or “the side brush does not turn”
Step 1: Remove the side brush screws, clean the side brush foreign objects, then re-lock the screws
Step 2: Restart the machine
How to deal with the rolling brush being entangled by foreign objects.
Step1: Use both hands to tighten the hook to remove the roller brush cover.
Step2: Remove the cleaning blade from the dust box of the machine.
Step3: Slide the cleaning blade from one side of the rolling brush to the other to cut off the foreign objects wrapped around the rolling brush, which needs to be repeated many times.
Step4: Follow the voice prompt to implement the corresponding solutions; clean the roller brush’s foreign objects and restart the machine.
How to deal with the problem of the machine going backwards or turning in circles
Step 1: Check whether there is an abnormal collision on the top of the machine radar;Whether the ground inspection device is dirty or covered.
Step 2: Check whether the side brushes or side wheels are tangled;
Step 3: Check whether the front bumper is stuck;
Check and clean the foreign objects between the slots of the bumper;
Check and clean the three Front-view lenses for dirt or blockage.
Step 4: According to the voice prompts to do corresponding processes.
How to deal with the short working hours of the machine
Step 1: Check if the machine is at full charge; whether the battery is fully charged.
Step 2: Check whether the side wheel, side brush and roller brush are entangled with foreign objects and not cleaned.
Step 3: Whether the machine has been working in the state of Max-mode.
Step 4: Confirm whether the machine has finished cleaning.
How to deal with no water/or little water flowing out of the machine's water-tank
Step 1: Check whether the water tank is installed in place and the metal chip of the machine’s
water tank is installed in place.
Step 2: Whether the surface of the metal chip of the water tank is dirty and the contact is good.
Step 3: Check whether the water outlet is blocked, and use a needle to clean the water outlet at the bottom of the water tank to ensure that the water outlet is unobstructed.
Step 4: Do not add any additives or warm / hot water (cold water recommended) in the water tank to avoid blocking the water tank hole.
Step 5: Please check whether the machine can recognize the dust box
How to deal with the report "Please put in a safe place"
Step 1: Check if the machine is in a state of floating? Check for dirt on the cliff sensor.
Step 2: According to the voice prompts to implement corresponding solutions, check the ground for abnormalities.
Step 3: In the state where the half of the machine is suspended, When the distance is over (black) 2.4 cm and (white) 7.9 cm, it will prompt “off-ground state, please wipe the cliff sensor”.
Step 4: Please move the machine away from the item that is a cliff, and then place it on an empty horizontal surface / floor and restart the machine
How to deal with the report "Can not turn on the machine" or "No response when turn on"
Step 1: Check whether the keys are faulty;
Step 2: Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds, and then check whether the machine has power;
Step 3: If the machine has no power, please manually place the machine on the charging station for 30 minutes after charging, and then restart the machine.
How to deal with the machine that is not able to save maps
Step 1: Please strictly follow the instructions in the APP manual.
Step 2: Confirm whether the map of the cleaning record on the APP is complete and whether the APP supports the operation of saving the map of the cleaning record.

How to deal with the machine that can not find the charging base
Step 1: Check if the power is turned on.
Step 2: Check whether the power supply of the charging station is plugged in, and check whether the indicator light is on.

Step 4: Check whether the collision sensor / infrared recharge sensor / infrared anti-collision sensor of the machine is blocked.
How to deal with the machine being not charging
Step 1: Check whether the power supply of the charging base is connected properly and the indicator light of the charging base is on.
Step 2: Help the machine to charge in the correct position manually, and confirm whether the machine is on the status of charging
Step 3: If the machine is not charging in the on the status of charging(the flashing indicator light means it is on the status of charging), you should check whether the charging metal chips of the machine are in good condition, and whether there is an insulation between the chipes , such as: oily electrolytic oxide, etc .
