How long will it take to receive my order?

Can you ship P15 to my country?
The P16 is currently available only all the EU, and UK regions.
- The EU warehouse delivers to EU countries ONLY (UK excluded).
- The UK warehouse delivers within the United Kingdom ONLY.
How long can I use my P15 on a single charge?
When using the mite removal brush, the P16 can run for up to 70 minutes on a full charge. With the floor brush attached, the maximum runtime is around 60 minutes.
What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases.
- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable).

I have had my p15 for about 2 months, and its been a pleasure. Previously had a p12, which the power button broke. Proscenic team was quick to respond to my query( Helpful and flexible ). But unfortunately the p12 is no longer in production.
