This automatic vacuum cleaner is very easy to use, download an App link can be controlled on the mobile phone. It can go back to charge itself, in the cleaning process it will not randomly bump, is a very planned walk to clean every corner, very easy to use. My kids use it as a remote-control car. I am really like it.

This is my first robot vacuum. I was a little skeptical about whether it is smart enough to identify walls, furniture and different types of floor surface and how well it can vacuum and mop the floor. I was actually surprised how well it did the cleaning jobs and all the useful functions it equips. The robot was easy to set up and operate, also very easy to clean. I like it has function to set the water flow level for mopping and the scheduler you can set for the robot to clean automatically. I set it to clean when I am out for work and kids are in school, and when we are back home, We already have a clean floor. It is my first robot, so couldn't compare with other brand, but I am very satisfied with all it can offer so far.

After a few weeks of testing, I can confidently say that this robot vacuum is a fantastic . Easy sett and its no frills. It excels at cleaning and efficiently tackles hair without any issues.
While it emits a low hum, it’s not disruptive and in fact, it has beacon a subtle background noise that helps me keep track of its location in the house.

I’m very happy, my house was messy always because of two little kids but after purchase this Robot Vacuum always looks clean. Very much easy to use and app as well as remote supported. I had some issue with the fan but they replaced with a brand new item. Very happy for support as well.

We had a battery problem with the robot vacuum 850T, the customer service team was very helpful and the problem was resolved quickly, they have sent us a new battery through the post.
