- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.

How long is the warranty period?

How long will it take to receive my order?

The Q8 is currently available in all the EU and UK regions.
- The EU warehouse delivers to EU countries ONLY (UK excluded).

- Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
