What should I do if i want to cancel the order?
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number before the package has been shipped.
- If the package has already been shipped with tracking information, you may REJECT the delivery upon arrival.
Once the package is successfully delivered, cancellations will need to follow our [Return & Refund Policy], and you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
How long is the warranty period?
