Why hasn’t my accessory order been shipped yet?
In some cases, P11 Mopping battery and floor brush require model or serial number verification to ensure compatibility.

Do accessories come with a warranty?
Accessories are not covered by the 2-year warranty offered for main products.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged accessory, you can contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

When will my accessory arrives?

- Orders shipped from our China warehouse typically arrive within 7–20 days
- Orders shipped from our European warehouse (Germany) usually arrive within 7–10 days
