I already placed an order for accessories, why hasn't it shipped yet?
In some cases, P11 Mopping battery and floor brush require model or serial number verification to ensure compatibility.
Our support team may contact you by email to confirm these details.
If you haven’t received any message, please check your spam folder or reach out to us with your product’s serial number (usually a 15-character code).
For all other orders, if your item hasn’t shipped within the expected time, feel free to contact us—we’ll make sure your order is processed as soon as possible.
I can't find the accessory I need, what should I do?
Our website mainly lists commonly used and in-stock accessories.

Do accessories come with a warranty?
Accessories are not covered by the 2-year warranty offered for main products.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged accessory, you can contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
I'm not sure which accessory is compatible with my vacuum cleaner, how can I find out?
Many accessories are model-specific. To ensure compatibility:

When long will it take to receive my accessory?
Shipping times depend on the warehouse location and stock availability.
- Orders shipped from our China warehouse typically arrive within 7–20 days
- Orders shipped from our European warehouse (Germany) usually arrive within 7–10 days
