• How often does the filter on the cordless vacuum need cleaning?

  We recommend that you clean the filter at least once a month. It’s not suggested that wash the filter. If you washed it, ensure it's completely dry before refitting on your machine. We strongly recommend following the cleaning instructions and cleaning by hand.

• How should I clean the filters?

  It equips with a pre-filter cleaning tool and can even provide the cleaning experience against filter rinse & dry hassle. You may also need to clean the HEPA periodically.

• Can I use the cordless vacuum to pick up liquids?

  No. Don't pick up water or other liquids with your machine.

• How long does the cordless vacuum battery take to fully charge?

  A full charge takes up to 4-6 hours.

• How to store the battery if not use the device for a long time?

  If not using the device for a long time, we suggest charging the battery at least 50% every 3 months and put the battery in a cool and dry place.

• Can I leave my vacuum on the charger?

  The battery is designed to be left on the charger permanently, and this will ensure that the vacuum is fully charged when it's next used. Once the battery is fully charged, your machine won't use any more electricity.
  

• Should I fully charge my vacuum after every use?

  We recommend fully charging your machine after every clean. This helps your vacuum's battery and monitoring system's algorithm to more accurately calculate and display the remaining run time.

• Who should I call for help if there is a quality problem with my machine?

  Customer service will provide the troubleshooting and help you identify the issue. You could buy accessories or replacement parts on Amazon or the official website.

• Will this unit stand upright on its own or does it have to be hung on the wall?

  It can’t stand upright on its own. It comes with a docking station or wall mount which you can use to hold the vacuum and its accessories.

• Does the vacuum work on carpets?

  The vacuum works on carpets that are low pile carpet. The vacuum's effectiveness is reduced on medium and high pile carpet types.

• How do I remove and clean the roller?

  Unlock the brush roller lock, then remove the brush from the brush window. To remove the hair and debris wrapped around the roller you can use Cleaning Tool.
  

• What height does the wall-mounted dock need to be installed at?

  The recommended installation height of the wall-mounted dock is any height where the brush attached to the main body is not touching the ground. Typically this is roughly around 4 feet or 120 cm from the ground.
  

• How do I store my vacuum?

  We recommend storing the vacuum in the charging dock or on the wall-mounted dock that comes with the vacuum. You can place the main body of the vacuum on any flat surface.
  

• How long should I charge the battery?

  Before first use, please charge the device for 4-6 hours. The wireless vacuum cleaner has the battery protection function, so it's okay to leave the main body on the wall-mounted docking station after it is fully charged. If not using the device for a long time, we suggest charging the battery at least 50% every 3 months.
