Cost

A good vacuum should be affordable and the quoted price should be proportional to the features equipped and the utilities it provides.

Portability and flexibility

A good number of customers are likely to opt for portable flexible vacuums, as they are easy to operate and move around. Multiple rooms in need of cleaning also demand a portable and lighter vacuum.

Power retention/ Duration of runtime

Clients are likely to prefer to vacuums with a longer runtime to those with shorter runtimes.

Bag capacity

The bag system is a big influence when buying a vacuum cleaner. People with large room areas to clean will prefer vacuums with larger bag capacities.

Ability to multitask

A good vacuum cleaner is capable of working on both soft and tough surfaces.

Length of the cord

A longer code, the more convenient it is for the operator. They will avoid plugging/unplugging when cleaning multiple rooms.

Noise levels

Office workers and other areas such as hospitals where a quiet work environment is needed, for example, hospitals will go for a vacuum with less noise production.

Accessories

Added attachments to a vacuum is a big incentive in the market. These additional equipment have different utilities in different settings. For example additional brushes as accessories in most vacuums are mostly for use in different surfaces.

Durability

Durable vacuums that are less likely to break down are the best. They are also not susceptible to maintenance issues and serve the owner for an extended period of time.

SO, WHICH IS THE BEST VACUUM IN THE MARKET? IS IT THE BISSELL OR THE HOOVER?

Based on their features above, it all depends on your cleaning needs and preference. One ought to consider the different elements affecting their time and expenses incurred when cleaning.
That being said, for customers looking for an upright multipurpose vacuum with excellent suction power to clean large messes; and comes at customer friendly price; the Hoover Air or Bissell Pet Hair (both upright) are recommended.
Those looking for a portable inexpensive cleaner preferably for pets, the corded Bissell Pet Hair Eraser is highly recommended. It’s suitable for clients with tight budgets. The cordless version of this vacuum is also recommended to people who’d prefer no cord.
