The DC25 Ball All Floors vacuum was the replacement for its predecessor DC18, and was a downsize version of the DC15. Like its predecessor it had the following features; a motor for suctioning that was located inside the ball, it also had a non-connected rolls of brush that could be controlled independent of the main suction motor. This independent brush roll is highly preferable and efficient in cleaning hard surfaces. It also has a post motor feature that serves as a filter; this too is located inside the ball.

1.Dyson DC25

All Floors Upright VacuumThis is one of the most common model of vacuum cleaners found in domestic settings. It works all across a variety of surfaces such as carpeted floors, wood floors and tile floors.

Generally the Dyson DC25 is highly rated and does a great job and, it is probably worth it. Majority of the users who have been using the vacuum for the better part of their lives highly recommend it. It is one of the easily maneuverable vacuums available in the market. It is also lighter making it easier to move around the house. Since it is extensively made of lighter plastic materials, specifically ABS plastics, these are tough, high impact and durable plastics that enhances the durability of the appliance; evading rust and such other damages. Except for some denser materials, the DC25 sucks up everything in its path. It also has a super convenient bin, and on top of that, it’s a noise-free appliance.

Some of its minor shortcomings that the customer might not be aware of are: its hose is stiff; the power cord is also inconveniently short limiting the range of use. A few tips for suggestion would be attaching your accessories directly to your hose, as this will also assist to accelerate, expanding the elasticity of the hose. Also, when stretching the hose out it is recommended one to start by stretching the part of the hose that is nearest to the vacuum first when extending the given part to clean your home. In most of the cases the hose is not something we would expect to be an issue during use.

The bin also needs to get emptied frequently. Together with those disadvantages, the DC25 is a proper vacuum that offers a very good range of utilities. When purchased from an authorized dealer, the appliance is assured of a maximum of up to a free 5-year guarantee

1.1 The Dyson Ball

Two distinct characteristics differentiate Dyson vacuum cleaners from others. One being a unidirectional ball movement that enhances its maneuverability, compared to other vacuum cleaners that are mostly bidirectional. This feature allows for easy maneuverability and navigation with the turn of a wrist. The cleaner head on this machine is self-adjusting, meaning that it raises and lowers to seal in suction across all the surfaces being cleaned.

1.2 Root Cyclone Technology

The 2nd differentiating characteristic is the Cyclone technology, a process that employs cyclonic separation to remove particulates from air through whirlwind detachment simply put, dust filled air flows through a cylinder-like structure; the dust continually descends down into a dust collector, and the air is then directed into isolators before being channeled out. Having the waste channeled directly into a bin without using a disposal bag is economical in the long run.

1.3 Suction Power

The appliance delivers a very strong suction – precisely a 220 air watts (a unit for measuring of suctioning power) of suction power. Compared with some other variety of vacuum cleaners and report from the various users of the DC25; it is very effective in that it can pick any material that is passable through the end of the hose.

1.4 Use

A foot pedal, usually red in color is pressed. Once pressed, the stabilizing wheels get raised giving space to the ball to make contact with the surface that is in need of cleaning.

The motor connected brush carries out most of the cleaning burden. When cleaning wood or tile surfaces, or any other fragile spaces, the motorized brush is simply switched off by a button click you turn the brush bar motor off with the click of a button. The power button is easily accessible as it is located on the anterior section of the vacuum, superior to the cyclone.

One drawback that one is likely to encounter while using the Dyson DC25 is the difficulty in picking up more dense debris. One hack technique that the user can deploy is slowly tipping up the anterior end before dropping it to the litter. A feature that makes this hack simple to use is the low edge of the brush that favors accessibility to tight spaces.

Another disadvantage of the appliance is the tiny volume of the bin that is likely to inconvenience the customer; as it is likely fill up over a short period of time.

1.5 Accessories

Two devices accompany the DC25 appliance, a combination tool, and a stair brush. These two accessories can be fitted on both the wand pipe and the hose. Other supplementary items include soft brushes with softer bristles for finer surfaces, brushes with stiffer bristles for tougher surfaces and a mattress tool.

1.6 Collection of Debris

Litter is collected into a transparent bin located on the outside of the cyclone. This is a highly convenient system as one first has to press the button to disengage the cyclone from the vacuum system, and then, holding it over a waste container, pressing another button to open the bottom of the bin. The bin being small in size is likely to get clogged.

People with allergies should take precaution while opening the bag as allergens are likely to escape; it is advisable to open the bin when one is outdoors and avoid enclosed spaces when emptying, or preferably delegate.

2 The Proscenic P10 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

This is a cordless vacuum cleaner with a powerful suction force. It easily picks up hairs, dirt and dust particles from surfaces, floors and carpets.

The P10’s filter system combines two elements. The first element is the action of the dust bin itself; which collects a good amount of airborne particles. After that, the air passes through a folded filter-like structure before going back out into the room. This filter removes 99 percent of airborne contaminants, even larger microbes.

Both the dust bin and the filter are easy to clean using clean water.
Regular cleaning is recommended. When cleaning the filter, make sure to run water starting from the clean section to the dirty section. This makes cleaning easier. Allow the filter to dry for about an hour before usage.

Below is a review of the Proscenic P10 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner which is based on the physical appearance, performance, secondary attachments and accessories, battery strength and its general value; all as factors that influence the review.

2.1 Physicality

The Proscenic P10 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has a compact design. It has a dustbin on the anterior section, a grip piston and the motor on the posterior sides.

The anterior motor acts as a provision mechanism for a counterbalance of its approximately 2kg weight. This ensures a proper weight distribution. The rear motor placement provides for some weight balance. This weight distribution feature is favorable for a handheld vacuum. It’s enough to comfortably operate while one stands.

Lateral to the motor are 2 vents allowing passage for adequate air. The battery case is underneath it Once again, this is a good weight placement, keeping the center of gravity of the appliance low.

The dust bin is cylindrical for an easier emptying, transparent in nature such that it is easy to monitor the amount of space occupied by the dirt and wastes.

Together with the vacuum comes a charger that can be mounted on a wall. It has a disadvantage in that it only accommodates the vacuum itself and not any other accessories and appliances.

2.2 Cleaning & Accessories

The Proscenic P10 Cordless Vacuum utilizes a brushless motor that rotates up to a maximum of 110,000 RPM similar to the Dyson V6 vacuum cleaner. This fast rotational rate provides a significant amount of suctioning power.

2.3 Performance

The vacuum cleaner has a brush head that is attached on a rotating ball. It can rotate up to 90 degrees forward or backwards, and 180 degrees to either side. This makes it easy to vacuum under beds, chairs and other locations that might be difficult to access. Together with the main brush, there’s also a tiny electrical powered brush. This brush is designed primarily for fabric handling, where it provides a gradual softer touches.

2.4 Battery Life

Proscenic P10 battery life doesn’t leave much to be desired. That being said, the appliance allows for a replacement battery such that the owner can easily use two batteries; allowing the battery life to double up.

3.Conclusion

The Proscenic P10 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is one of the most powerful stick vacuums that can be recommended to a customer. As a matter of fact it is highly preferable to your average stick vacuum. If you’re looking for a very powerful motor, you’re going to be well satisfied. Keep in mind that the battery life is somewhat a drawback. Thankfully, there are four different speeds modes that compensate for the battery life.
